Most people’s skin problems aren’t really skin problems. They are routine problems. Too many products, the wrong products, or advice that never accounted for what their skin actually needed. Eight years of talking to people about their skin taught me how often the cycle is self-made: strip the barrier, panic, add more product, strip it further. I got licensed because I wanted to be able to actually fix that, not just point at it.
